Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Restocking Fee
- A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@pursesnstuff.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions as soon as possible.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- The 2% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns requested after the 14-day window
