Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Restocking Fee

  • A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@pursesnstuff.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions as soon as possible.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • The 2% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns requested after the 14-day window

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank – processing times vary.
